Sales/Lease Consultant

Virden Chrysler Dodge is eager to fill a position in Virden's friendliest sales staff. The Sales/Leasing positions have excellent compensation opportunities, and will challenge you to be your best at customer service and working within the team to always provide customers with the best level of commitment. We want you to be that special person that drives positivity and integrity to our consistently growing customer base.

Role/Responsibilities;

  • Serve customers in the best, most time efficient manner to help them find the vehicle that perfectly fits their needs

  • Develop and maintain a client base

  • Bring vehicles to the storefront to drive with customers and park them when done

  • Park/label vehicles taken in on trade

  • Work within the team to make sure customers are best served

  • Attend sales meetings with accurate and prepared input as to what business you conduct and who you talk to

  • Keep in contact with customers using their preferred method (phone, text, email, fax, etc.)

Requirements;

  • Experience is a bonus, but not mandatory

  • Valid driver's license

  • Excellent interpersonal/communication skills, and customer service

  • Basic computer/phone skills

  • Organizational skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Diligence, high energy/highly motivated individual

  • An ability to build and keep customer relationships

  • A passion to help people into what they want/need and what fits them best
